A year after my project In the Here and Now at Ty Hafan, I went back to photograph this years Superhero-Day. This day marks the highlight of hospice week 2014 at the children’s hospice. Hospice week is a UK wide awareness raising and fundraising week for children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions and the services that support them.
