I’m very pleased to have my images from milliner Alison Tod in the Open For Business exhibition by Magnum Photos and Multistory in Newport/Wales. The exhibition will be on show at Newport City Campus until 2nd January 2015. Open for Business is the story of British manufacturing and industry told through the lens of 9 Magnum photographers. For the exhibition in Newport, Magnum photographer David Hurn, founder of the course in Newport, invited a few students to create their own photographic response to the same manufacturers he visited for the project and showcase their work in the same exhibition.

Clear-Cut shown next to the wonderful work by Lina Hashim titled No wind- with hijab in Silkeborg, Denmark.

What a great coincidence, just had the pleasure to show the dummy book of my newest project FRAME OF MIND to the great Wim Wenders who was on the same plane :-).
The image below shows Ellie; the whole set of images will be up on my website within the next few days.

A year after my project In the Here and Now at Ty Hafan, I went back to photograph this years Superhero-Day. This day marks the highlight of hospice week 2014 at the children’s hospice. Hospice week is a UK wide awareness raising and fundraising week for children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions and the services that support them. Please see below for some photographs of real superheroes.

Dear Friends,
Many thanks to everyone who bought a copy of ‘Clear-Cut’, the edition is now sold out.
The bookbinder in Stuttgart/Germany just finished the books and will send them out to me for numbering and signing them either today or tomorrow, so that I’ll be able to start delivery shortly. Looking forward to send out these little striped pieces of barber cloth, paper and ink to their final destinations 🙂
