Photography on a Postcard

I’m truly pleased to be part of Photography on a Postcard and showing an image of Motassim from the series Clear-Cut alsongside incredible photographers such as Wolfgang Tillmans, Tom Hunter, Simon Norfolk, Cristina De Middel and many many more well known and loved photographers.

Photography on a Postcard follows the Art on a Postcard initiative raising money for the The Hepatitis C Trust’s campaign to eliminate hepatitis C from the UK by the year 2030. Lottery tickets will be available to purchase through this online shop. Each ticket guarantees a photograph, although you won’t know which one until after the show closes.

The photographs will be on display at theprintspace, Shoreditch London from 12th – 24th October 2017.

A sad day for Germany

In the evening of election day in September 2009, I photographed these shadows of people on the stairs of the Reichstag, never even imagening, that a disgrace like the far right-wing and xenophobic AFD party, would be third strongest in parliament eight years later. A sad day for Germany!

Below, the images are featured in an article claiming voting rights for mentally disabled people, who are not allowed to vote in Germany. Something to be abolished, just like the AFD!
